- Wall-Mounted Building Interface: a combination of sensor and control supervisor, BACnet IP server, and applied equipment controller, all integrated into a touchscreen user interface. Strong, permanent magnets and metal locking tabs help with feel and secure alignment. Wall mounting compatible with industry-standard vertically installed junction boxes.
- Extreme Durability: an extra-rugged, scratch-resistant 8″ screen that is drop-proof from the top of a ladder.
- Mobile Commissioning & Configuration: a spring-based swivel arm and magnetic locking slider for mobile pairing, communications, and setup.
- On-Site Conductor for Smart Buildings: works with single and multi-storage symptoms, heat pump systems, fan coil units, air handlers, variable flow hydronic systems, and more.
- High-Performance Tablet: powered by a lithium battery and an eight-core Quad Cortex-A76 + Quad Cortex-A55 processor, with a 4GB system memory and 32GB flash storage, the CCU XR is capable of standalone operation and control of up to 48 terminal devices.
- AI Capabilities: can run pre-trained AI models and inference on edge scenarios – linear regression, decision trees, or neural networks.
- Uninterrupted Predictive Power: proactive, predictive control in conjunction with the Airoverse cloud servers, operating either connected to the Airoverse cloud or standalone without an internet connection.
- Zones, Flexibility, and Priority Alerts: experience real-time zone statuses for sensor inputs, adjustable scheduling and setpoints, and the ability to manage alerts with severity color coding.
